Payment Risk Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Security Strategies to prevent card theft and account theft based on historical data and expert experience, continuously optimizing these strategies through data analysis and mining.
  • Balancing Payment Convenience with financial loss risk.
  • Designing, Implementing, and Monitoring security strategies to maximize risk-reward ratios for healthy business growth.
  • Establishing a Strategy Monitoring Indicator System and data reporting system, conducting routine monitoring of risk indicators and strategy performance.
  • Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Algorithms Teams to refine risk control middleware capabilities and build risk control processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Science, or related fields.
  • Proven Experience in Data Analysis and Strategy Formulation.
  • Prior Experience in Risk Strategy, Data Mining, or Machine Learning is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least one analytical tool, such as SQL, Python, R, etc., with knowledge of common machine learning algorithms and practical experience.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills, Self-Motivated, Excellent Learning Ability, Innovative Application Skills, and Communication and Coordination Abilities.
  • Fluency in English as working languages.
  • Candidates with experience in the food service industry will be given priority.

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, data analysis, and strategy formulation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in risk strategy, data mining, or machine learning, as well as proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, Python, or R.
