At SAP, we are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement, including contract management, service delivery, and issue resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding
- Initiate digital service kick-offs for customers
- Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to ECS
- Support de-escalations of critical customer situations
- Execute technical feasibility studies/solution reviews (if applicable)
- Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience as an SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Excellent customer focus/networking/results-driven/self-organized/decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application
