Logistics Transformation Manager

As a Logistics Transformation Manager at SC Johnson, you will play a key role in identifying and delivering improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and transportation operations. You will work closely with our cluster and regional Logistics teams to lead major logistics transformation projects and drive ongoing network distribution modeling efforts. Your goal will be to optimize low operational costs and high service expectations using Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a regional logistics engineering team.
  • Develop and strengthen a lean culture in our logistics organization.
  • Train and certify team members as champions (green belt).
  • Coordinate and lead the development of project and improvement initiatives portfolios through cross-functional organization.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and prepare annual logistics cost-saving workshops.
  • Apply annual ranking and prioritization methodology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Logistics knowledge.
  • Project management skills.
  • Green Belt or internal Champion Certification.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Leadership and analytical skills.
