**Job Summary:

• To lead and manage production operations, ensuring a safe working environment, high-quality products, and efficient processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety First: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining an accident-free workplace.
2. Quality Focus: Maintain quality standards in all production activities, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
3. Cost Optimization: Analyze current performance trends and develop strategies to reduce costs without compromising productivity.
4. Team Performance: Monitor team performance, track hours worked, and define skill profiles to optimize personnel allocation.
5. Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend personnel actions when necessary.
6. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members on their roles and responsibilities, monitor weekly and monthly production plans, and make adjustments as needed.
7. Communication: Communicate area performance, attend daily production meetings, and escalate critical issues promptly.
