We are seeking a strategic professional to own the client relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving business growth and customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning the client relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle.
- Becoming a trusted and valued partner to HR contacts, decision makers, and C-level as you share their mission to improve employee health, engagement, and happiness.
- Understanding clients' objectives and delivering solutions to help them achieve them throughout the onboarding process and beyond by developing client-specific growth strategies.
- Planning initial client launch as well as ongoing, strategic relaunch and awareness events.
- Partnering with the wellbeing team to assist in end-to-end implementation.
- Selling new solutions to increase revenue income, platform adoption/usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Working with a broad range of internal stakeholders to develop member growth strategies and deliver on client and company goals.
- Analyzing client data, sharing findings, and developing tailored communication and awareness strategies to increase user engagement and better defeat inactivity.
- Continually analyzing and improving new and existing client success processes and procedures.
- Providing product feedback to inform future development.
- Renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts on an annual basis.
- Presenting formal, quarterly readouts to senior clients and decision-makers.
This role requires experience in managing client relationships, carrying quotas, selling, and upselling in existing clients. You should also have experience managing strategic and complex accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working in a team environment, solving problems creatively and efficiently, operating independently, leveraging lane management as needed, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
