Job Title:

Senior IT Consultant

A career opportunity exists for a Senior IT Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing technical and functional issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and ongoing support of cloud and on-premise based products and solutions.

The role requires working closely with customers throughout the life cycle of their engagement, providing expert functional and technical support (L2 & L3) across cloud and on-premise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analyzing, designing, and understanding system architecture, functionality, and customizations required.
  • Assess customer's solutions and assist in system configuration.
  • Design custom solutions for integrating with multiple ERP/legacy systems.
  • Manage technical performance expectations.
  • Plan and manage multiple customer projects and handle customer expectations effectively and efficiently.
  • Define detailed blueprints for development requirements.
  • Be an advisor to customers throughout the engagement.
  • Lead resolution of escalations.
  • Support system optimization and performance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least five years of professional experience, including two years as a consultant.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP Ariba technology, with good experience in cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Experience implementing one or more ERP systems, integrating ERP systems with cloud solutions, and managing system configurations.
  • Strong technical planning and deployment skills over the full project cycle.
  • Experience supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets.
  • Experience with multiple deployments.
  • Ability to plan and review concepts and detailed blueprints of IT projects.
  • Consulting experience across cloud and on-premise business.
  • Active membership in a cloud/technology-related community.
Education:

A degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience is required.
