We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to play a vital role in shaping the quality and reliability of our products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing plans, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and adhering to product requirements and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, ensuring that all departments are aligned and adhering to product requirements and production standards.
- Analyze current technologies and optimize testing methods, enhancing coverage and product quality through data-driven insights.
- Design and own product testing plans based on design validation and production requirements, guaranteeing accurate results.
- Critically assess testing outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate failures related to testing and setup processes.
- Coordinate technical activities for product testing, validation, and resource allocation in laboratories, fostering effective communication with developers, quality, and production teams.
- Configure and handle testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers, switches, meters, climatic chambers, and oscilloscopes.
- Prepare technical reports on validation results and testing plans, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze product test data, driving informed decision-making.
- Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years.
- Languages: English (Advanced/Fluent).
- GIT/Bitbucket, Jira/Confluence, Python, C/C++, BIST, automated testing, data analysis focused on product requirements and testing.
Mastery of machine learning techniques would be an asset in enhancing automated testing capabilities.
