Financial Operations Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash opening and closing, perform daily cash counts, and monitor payments and invoices.
  • Record merchandise entries and exits, monitor consumables, and prevent stock shortages.
  • Ensure alignment between physical and online channels to meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, ensuring quality and punctuality.
  • Digitize, organize, and archive documents; support internal and external audits.
  • Assist sales team with financial processes, receipt issuance, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 1 year of experience.
  • High school diploma or ongoing higher education.
  • Familiarity with financial management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
