**Job Role Summary (Job Description)**:
Support of End-To-End API Lifecycle Platforms for Pantheon Inc. This includes the platforms operations, develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline, automation development/maintenance and customer consulting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Operate API Platforms running in Containers technology (Openshift), including maintenance, troubleshooting and administration.
  • Implement and maintain automations for platform operations including platform self-service portal.
  • Provide customer support for questions and troubleshooting.
  • Design/maintain/implement API DevOps platform which covers areas such as build, deployment, test, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures.
  • Design, craft and unit test an API solution ensuring that it's low in technical debt and designed and coded with cyber security in mind.
  • Deliver reliable, secure and efficient APIs/services, that are intuitive and easy to use by other developers.
  • Ensure APIs in platform comply with all XOM API security best practice.

**Expected Level of Proficiency (Technical Skills)**:

  • Experience with MuleSoft, Containers (preferably OpenShift) and monitoring environment.
  • Cloud Concepts.
  • Networking (Network topology, protocols, firewalls, authentication mechanism, security).
  • Programming skills (.NET).
  • Technical Analysis & Problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding on DevOps solutions/concept.

**Expected Soft Skills**:

  • Must speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Work in a global team and interface with contacts from different regions and cultures.
  • Adaptability to time pressure and priorities change.

**Nice to have**:

  • Experience with cloud implementations in Azure and/or AWS.
  • Experience with other programming languages (JAVA, Python).
