We are seeking a skilled International Tax Professional to join our team. As an experienced tax consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the Group's tax position in the region of Latin America.
You will track relevant changes in tax legislation that may impact the Group's business in the region, assess their influence, and communicate with consultants in the countries where the Group operates.
In this role, you will participate in tax structuring of the Group's international operations and tax risk management.
You will also set up processes related to tax reporting and payment of taxes in the countries where the Group operates.
Furthermore, you will participate in tax structuring of international non-commercial/charity projects of the Group.
You will establish and control processes related to the issuance of invoices and the automatic exchange of fiscal data with local fiscal authorities.
In addition, you will supervise the development of the Group's tax accounting methodologies.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in the analysis of the tax aspects of significant commercial, technical, and other projects of the Group in the countries of its presence.
You will also conduct tax reviews of international operations, as well as contracts and policies.
Finally, you will participate in the development of procedures to improve the Group's tax efficiency and tax risk management.
