Payroll And Invoicing Management Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the entire payroll processing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and labor regulations.

  • Reconcile payroll data and address discrepancies
  • Generate payroll reports for finance, HR, and external auditors
Additional Responsibilities

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, validation, and timely delivery of accurate customer invoices, managing accounts receivable aging, and following up on overdue invoices.

  • Improve billing workflows and documentation for audit readiness
  • Define and implement new processes, including restructuring existing systems

Strong knowledge of billing activities, invoicing systems, and financial ERPs is required. Experience with system implementation and Navision/Business Central is an asset.
