We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing accounting entry, reconciliation, analysis and reporting functions within the organization.
The successful candidate will prepare blocks of financial data for entry into general ledger and compile and analyze financial data for specific products, operating units, regions, or business lines.
- Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly balance sheet reviews with regional accounting managers.
- Improve balance sheet health and enhance account reconciliation quality.
- Closure of accounts for Argentina, issue resolution and late entry review/submission.
- Annual Audit attendance/Balance Sheet preparation.
- Preparation of tax calculation and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry practices and minimize exposure.
- Provide accounting guidance to business/finance teams for existing operations.
- Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned regions.
- Attending government requirements.
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting project development on new business/process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- International background preferred.
- US GAAP Knowledge recommended.
- High-level analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge in taxes and internal control.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Intermediate level of English (spoken).
- Familiarity with Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.
