At the core of any successful organization lies a robust operational framework. This internship presents an exceptional chance to bridge the gap between digital and physical worlds, driving movement and innovation.

Your Role
  • Evaluate real-time projects to reimagine how people move around the globe.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our inner workings, impacting various stakeholders including riders, drivers, consumers, couriers, restaurants, and the marketplace.
  • Analyze strategic problems using analytical frameworks and insights to advise the team on key decisions.
  • Experiment with new products and efficiencies aiming to improve operations across pricing, demand building, segmentation, customer support, and more.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions across the business - operations, finance, policy, communications, product, marketing, legal, and customer service.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for the full duration of the internship (with a graduation date between June 2026 and December 2026).
  • Able to present ideas concisely yet comprehensively.

  • Effective communication through interpersonal skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to diverse audiences.
  • Planning and organization by setting up and maintaining systems to structure and track tasks and projects.
  • Problem-solving by resolving issues involving people, things, and processes using logic and common sense.
  • Stakeholder management by taking time to build meaningful relationships and earning trust within the organization.
  • Teamwork by demonstrating optimism, respecting others, and working effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, and experience with statistical packages or basic programming skills (e.g., Python).
