Senior Operations Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global operations team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the standardization of customer service across markets.
Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to system and process implementation globally, analyzing opportunities for improving operation SOPs and system features, and actively participating in global system-related projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with service agents, operation managers, and product managers globally to design and implement solutions that enhance customer experience through technology.
- Deploy expertise in process engineering and product design to optimize customer service efficiency and quality.
- Act as a service design innovator, enthusiastic about elevating customer experience through technology.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Process Engineering, proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese, and basic knowledge of programming languages, including SQL.
You should also be a keen learner with strong attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to travel for business up to 30%.
