Senior IT Project Director

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Director to lead our complex and large-scale projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP full implementation and roll-outs, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of 30 consultants or more.
  • They will be responsible for developing technical proposals, coordinating the pre-sales team, and managing stakeholders.
  • In addition, they will coach other project managers, providing guidance on project issues and escalations.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 14 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • SAP HANA expertise and a strong technical background are essential.
  • A PMP certification is required, and excellent communication skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • A Stream Delivery (D) Job Level (P&D) 6A - Principal Consultant background is desirable.
