Key Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development professional to play a pivotal role in driving our sales and loyalty initiatives forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities within target markets
  • Proactively engage with prospective clients, nurturing relationships from initial contact to deal closure within the loyalty and customer engagement space
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to clients
  • Frequent attendance at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing materials during the sales process
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, IT, or Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development
  • Desirable: familiarity with Loyalty concepts and platforms, CRMs, and MarTech sector
  • Strong understanding of online marketing best practices and current market trends
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and demonstration skills
  • Previous experience working in diverse cultural environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
