We are seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structural and civil modeling within BIM projects, with a focus on creating accurate and detailed BIM models.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Modeling: Develop precise structural and civil BIM models using Revit as the primary tool, with Navisworks for coordination.
- Project Review: Interpret and analyze project documents, such as structural drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and constructibility.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve potential clashes during modeling and coordination with other disciplines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions.
- Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in structural and civil modeling within BIM projects.
