Job Title: Communications Specialist

As a key member of our strategic communications team, you will play a pivotal role in generating business value for our clients through public relations, content, and brand activation services.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Public Relations or Communications and previous experience in press relations or communication agencies. Established relationships with journalists, particularly in the technology, business, and finance sectors, are a strong advantage.

Fluency in English is essential, as we work with international clients and use the language daily. Advanced Portuguese language skills are also desirable, particularly for writing and grammar.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual with excellent organizational and self-management skills. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings at our agency or with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for technology sector clients, focusing on blockchain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute communications materials, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct media outreach and follow-ups.
  • Organize events, conferences, and webinars to enhance client visibility.
  • Manage communication crises when necessary.
  • Monitor media trends and create performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Public Relations or Communications degree.
  • Previous experience in press relations or communication agencies.
  • Established relationships with journalists in the technology, business, and finance sectors.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced or fluent Portuguese language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive and responsible attitude towards challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
