Global Operations Manager

A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operational workflow and deliverables of a LATAM Regional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of escalation for any matters reported into GEOC;
- Manage regional and global incidents, emergency notification systems and coordinate follow-up actions during emergencies and major business interruptions;
- Participate in 24/7 coverage and backfill vacant shift slots as needed;
- Prepare and distribute situational reports to various business lines and stakeholders across the enterprise;
- Monitor intelligence activity and supporting assessments to determine potential risks and threats;
- Assist in establishing methodologies to solve analytical problems with raw unfinished data containing information gaps;
- Deliver metrics supporting program evolution and validation as needed;
- Built partnerships with internal stakeholders and private/public sector entities responsible for threat related operations, crisis management and response;
- Manage regional execution of GEOC engagements and service level agreements ensuring processes are followed and quality delivered.
