Trade Operations Manager

The Trade Operations Manager will oversee Pandora's Global Trade operations in Latin America, providing strategic trade support and backup for the region. Key responsibilities include product classification verification, import/export support, trade policy development, and project management of Pandora's trade compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customs brokers and Pandora territory managers in Latin America.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with internal/external partners to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Support documentary requirements for all inbound/outbound shipments, including financial review and approval of trade invoices.
  • Participate in trade and financial audits as needed, identifying potential 3PL partners and contributing to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Develop and maintain a duty savings program, including Duty Drawback, First Sale, and new savings initiatives.
  • Train stakeholders on trade compliance topics and maintain a translation database.
  • Ensure customs brokers have necessary documentation for non-regular shipments.
  • Research and ensure compliance with trade agreements, such as USMCA and DR-CAFTA, and communicate shipment status through customs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong background in international trade and customs processes.
  • Experience working with global organizations.
Personal Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with data management and presentation abilities.
Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP Global Trade Management systems, such as Integration Point.
Language Skills:
  • English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluency required.
