Global Business Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to oversee overseas market expansion and customer maintenance for various steel products and metal products.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Turkish and European markets, as well as international trade processes, trade terms, contract signing, import/export policies, customs regulations, and local policies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, with a preference for Iron and Steel Metallurgy, and will be fluent in oral and written English, with Turkish as a native language; additional foreign languages are desirable.
The successful candidate will have minimum 8 years of experience in the steel foreign trade industry and will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
