O Business Development Manager (BDM) é responsável por incorporar, desenvolver e executar estratégias de negócios, com o objetivo de identificar oportunidades de mercado junto aos canais da TD SYNNEX. Este profissional desenvolve se baseia em estratégias "um para poucos" e "um para um", utilizando de práticas e táticas para transformar essas oportunidades em pipeline de vendas para a empresa.
Além disso, o BDM colabora estreitamente com a equipe de Vendas na criação, execução e acompanhamento do plano de desenvolvimento dos canais de cada fabricante, assegurando que as metas e objetivos sejam alcançados de maneira eficiente e eficaz.
Responsabilidades
- Identificar novas oportunidades e canais potenciais;
- Estabelecer e gerenciar contatos e negociações com canais potenciais e em desenvolvimento;
- Criar e implementar planos de desenvolvimento para canais potenciais e em desenvolvimento, alinhando-os com as metas da TD SYNNEX e do fabricante.
- Estabelecer as cadências necessárias para acompanhamento de plano de desenvolvimento de canais potenciais e em desenvolvimento;
- Monitorar, avaliar e reportar o desempenho e o retorno das iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócios, utilizando métricas e indicadores;
- Colaborar com equipes internas, como vendas, marketing e suporte técnico, para garantir que as necessidades dos parceiros sejam atendidas e que haja um alinhamento estratégico.
- Identificar oportunidades de capacitação para as equipes de vendas, garantindo que estejam equipadas para maximizar o potencial dos canais.
- Preparar relatórios e apresentações para a alta gestão sobre o desempenho dos canais e as oportunidades de mercado.
- Ter uma clara compreensão da proposta de valor central da TD SYNNEX e ser capaz de comunicá-la efetivamente aos parceiros.
- Promover cultura de inovação e melhoria contínua.
- Formação completa em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Administração ou a áreas correlatas;
- Inglês intermediário/Avançado;
- Experiência em SAAS e Nvidia;
- Experiência em funções semelhantes como Inside Sales, Account Manager, Gerente de Relacionamento, e afins;
- Localização - São Paulo
