Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Template Manager to lead our Innovative Medicine team.

This hybrid position will be located in New Jersey with alternate locations at other Innovation Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with global stakeholders across Trade, Supply Chain, Compliance, and IT to gather business requirements.
  2. Lead workshops, interviews, and validation sessions to understand current trade processes and identify gaps.
  3. Analyze and prioritize business needs, ensuring they align with overall corporate objectives and global trade policies.
  4. Translate business requirements into scalable system templates tailored to support multiple regions.
  5. Define system architecture and configuration specifications that ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  6. Develop standardized templates and workflows that streamline trade operations, documentation, and reporting processes.
  7. Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to incorporate regulatory requirements and updates into the system template.
  8. Create comprehensive documentation on system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  9. Lead end-to-end deployment process, including system configuration, testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
  10. Provide insights and support for training and compliance documentation.
  11. Manage change management activities, including stakeholder training, documentation, and support during transition.
  12. Develop implementation roadmaps, timelines, and escalation plans.
  13. Oversee system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  14. Monitor system performance and regulatory changes to identify improvement opportunities.
  15. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  16. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree required; Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree preferred
  • Certifications helpful in one or more of the following: PMP, FPX, or equivalent project management; APICS; and/or Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence
