Operations Leader Opportunity

Expand access to payments and technology in dynamic markets with a leading fintech company.

  • Help scale global operations across 29 countries, fostering high-performance compliance, and scalability.

As an Operations Leader, you'll drive payment performance by increasing approval rates, reducing fraud, and improving service level agreements. You will lead client support operations with a focus on scalability and automation, partner with Technology teams to ensure platform evolution, and ensure risk, compliance, and regulatory alignment across markets.

Country Growth Strategy:

  • Lead and scale regional teams across Latin America, Africa, India, and future regions, strengthening relationships with local partners and partners with Product teams to ensure continuous build of leading offers.

GTM Enablement & Revenue Alignment:

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure implementation, post-sales operational support, and market localization, aligning operational capabilities with commercial goals and client success.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Executive experience in high-growth fintechs, payments, or global operations.
  • Expertise in leading distributed teams and scaling operations globally.
  • Proven track record improving payments metrics (approval rates, fraud, NPS).
  • Experience with local regulators, financial partners, and emerging markets dynamics.
  • Strategic mindset with executional rigor and comfort with ambiguity.
  • English fluency required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
