Job Title: Senior Manager of Global Lending Operations

The Senior Manager of Global Lending Operations is responsible for managing multiple teams of senior professionals. The job requires a broad understanding of systems, theories, and practices relevant to lending operations as well as practical experience in various business cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops strategic plans and executes functional strategies for large/complex markets or businesses requiring coordination and integration across units.
  • Provides input into strategic decisions affecting the lending function within a region or business.
  • Manages multiple teams including people, budget, and planning with full management responsibility.
  • Negotiates and makes independent decisions on issues/activities that have critical impact on company revenues, capital, or business operations.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit risk management, commercial lending, counterparty credit risk, and credit controls in large financial institutions.
  • Proven technical and analytical skills.
  • Able to synthesize data and make assertive approval recommendations with the right risk and reward balance.
  • Proven ability to lead/build winning/diverse teams.
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced environment.
