Accounts Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of global accounts operations.
The Accounts Coordinator will provide administrative support to the accounts team within their region, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform Financial Duties: Provide support with basic financial duties, including full compliance with local tax rules in line with established processes.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients in their region to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as needed.
- Information Gathering: Liaise with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
- Expense Management: Ensure all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
- Invoicing Support: Address invoicing queries on an urgent basis.
- Sales Invoicing: Raise and distribute sales invoices.
- Financial Processing: Process inspector's invoices on IRIS and Sage.
- Deadline Management: Ensure monthly deadlines are met.
- Technical Skills: Fully working knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Initiative and Communication: Able to work using own initiative and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and senior members of staff.
