Job Description:
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the country. You will ensure the continuous improvement of Latin America's HR operations, working collaboratively with local management and global HR business partners to deliver innovative solutions for the full lifecycle of employee-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the country
- Ensure the continuous improvement of Latin America's HR operations
- Work in collaboration with local Management and global HRBPs to deliver innovative HR solutions
- Support Brazil and Mexico HRM on strategic cases and ensure timely and consistent employee communication
- Own the communication on all local and global HR programs and resources
- Partner with Global Benefits team to secure relevant and competitive benefits provision
- Actively participate in recruitment and onboarding process for new employees in the region
- Manage internal and international transfers for new employees into and out of Latin America
- Drive and support HR Events, including culture building social events, community giving initiatives, and employee engagement events
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of HR experience with proven ownership and responsibility on national level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is a bonus)
- A depth of experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role, preferably with a multi-BU, global environment and a diverse employee base
- Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, Experience with Workday or other HRIS
- Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills
- Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision and agile mentality
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
