Affiliate and Partnerships Manager LATAM Job Description

About the Role
  • This position oversees affiliate strategies tailored for Latin American markets. You will lead regional programs, drive high-quality user acquisition, and engage partners through various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Program Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensure consistent growth, and optimize channel performance.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization: Develop regional campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with global growth strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Digital marketing strategy knowledge and understanding of the LATAM digital landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
