We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance professional to join our organization.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Create predictive maintenance plans for machines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving solutions.
- Develop and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely delivery of critical components.
- Closely coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- University degree in an engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and execution, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
