Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in maintenance systems, equipment, and processes to increase machine reliability and ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and maintenance) to drive business outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in Maintenance Management Systems, SAP PM, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
