Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to safeguard our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems, networks, and data are protected from cyber threats. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our security posture in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify and respond to potential threats in real-time.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  3. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  4. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
  5. Investigate and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.
  7. Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, and threat detection.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
