We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our information security program and day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities- Cybersecurity Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001.
- Lead incident response, digital forensics, and post-incident reviews to minimize business disruption and protect sensitive data.
- Design and deliver security awareness training programs for all levels of the organization to promote a culture of cybersecurity.
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools such as SIEMs, endpoint protection, and identity & access management (IAM) solutions to enhance overall security posture.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
