Key Responsibilities:
- Advise country managing directors and managers on security matters.
- Implement the Group's global security policy in their respective countries and align local security action plans with it, adhering to Group guidelines.
- Maintain and develop relationships with local Engie personnel, local administrations, and government/military agencies as necessary.
- Identify, monitor, and respond to threats to employees, assets, and facilities.
- Establish physical protection measures to ensure a secure environment for staff.
- Protect sensitive information and raise awareness about information classification and leak investigations among staff.
- Prepare for security crises and participate in crisis management when required.
- Participate in annual internal control exercises and identify gaps in risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage security aspects of major Group events.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of security rules and regulations.
- Able to analyze and mitigate security risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Office and field environments.
- Regular travel to meetings and site visits may be required.
