Business Development Manager

Objective:

In this key role, you will lead and manage a sales team responsible for selling advanced security services to service providers, telecommunication companies, and large enterprises in Latin America. Develop plans and strategies to expand security service offerings, professional services, outsourcing of resident engineers, and technical account managers to customer bases in the region. Establish a Service Channel network to support and deploy service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate a team of Sales professionals focused on all business accounts.
  2. Develop plans to achieve goals and exceed quota.
  3. Creation of a security services sales strategy to introduce new services and grow existing security services offers.
  4. Develop a service channel program and create a network of service partners to deliver services in the region.
  5. Maximize Company opportunity while providing service solutions to target customers.
  6. Serve as lead contact responsible for information flow between executive management.
  7. Work closely with country, territory, and account managers to maximize primary business focus.
  8. Collaborate with Professional Services and technical support teams to ensure quality and success of service engagements.
  9. Develop relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  10. Manage effective working relationships with assigned CAMs, MAMs, Regional Sales, Technical Sales Engineers, TAC, and Professional Services team members.
  11. Consistently build and deliver an accurate territory pipeline.
  12. Travel within assigned territories is required.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years' experience managing a sales team.
