Job Title: Senior Security Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Senior Security Director to lead our security efforts and drive our organization's safety.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing security strategies, monitoring local regulations and threats, and collaborating with business developers to identify risks related to projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To advise senior management on security matters and maintain liaison with government agencies;
  2. To proactively identify, monitor, and respond to potential threats to employees, assets, and facilities;
  3. To develop and implement country-specific security policies, procedures, and plans;
  4. To lead and manage major events' security aspects;
  5. To participate in protecting sensitive information by raising staff awareness and mapping data;

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of security principles and best practices;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security management;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
