About the RoleThis is a key position in our organization where you will play a crucial role in helping us make informed business decisions using data.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyzing complex business problems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing solutions to automate and streamline processes
- Creating actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions
You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, utilizing your SQL skills to extract valuable insights. Your experience with data visualization platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI will help you effectively present your findings.
Fully proficient English communication is essential, both written and verbal. You should be able to clearly communicate complex technology solutions to senior leadership and drive progress.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
- Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex technology solutions
A Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent quantitative field is highly desirable. Experience conducting deep dive analyses, recognizing best practices in reporting and analysis, and adopting them is also greatly valued.
