About us

We are seeking a skilled fraud detection specialist to help eliminate fraudulent activities from customers' ecosystems using advanced fraud detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts as a single point of contact
  • Communicate with customers autonomously, building strong professional relationships
  • Conduct interconnect testing campaigns and translate customer needs into service specifications
  • Work with fraud management systems to profile and identify fraudulent patterns related to telecommunication interconnect bypass
  • Monitor and optimize the efficiency of fraud managed tools
  • Advise customers on handling telecom fraud cases
  • Write reports and deliver presentations on results
  • Participate in regular conference calls/online meetings with customers
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in your team and different departments
Your Profile:
  • University degree in business or technology-related education
  • +3 years professional work experience, ideally in customer relations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; any other language knowledge welcome
  • Passion for delivering excellent service
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to handle large data files, reporting, and programming languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable, proactive, and well-structured working approach, even under pressure
