About Mobileum Mobileum is looking for a Telecom Fraud Consultant. As a Telecom Fraud Consultant, you will be working with our customers to help them eradicate fraudulent activities from their ecosystem. To achieve this goal you will be using the most advanced fraud detection systems and solutions powered by Mobileum. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing customer accounts and acting as the single point of contact throughout the contracts Handling communication with the customers autonomously and building a strong professional relationship with them Conducting Interconnect testing campaigns and translating customer needs into service specifications Working with fraud management systems to profile and identify fraudulent patterns mostly related to telecommunication interconnect bypass Monitoring and optimizing the efficiency of fraud managed tools Advising customers on how to handle telecom fraud cases Writing reports and delivering presentations on the results Regular conference calls/online meetings with the customers Closely cooperating with colleagues in your team and different departments YOUR PROFILE: University degree in business or technology-related education 3 years professional work experience, ideally within customer relations Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Any other language knowledge is welcome Passion for delivering excellent service Very good analytical skills and willingness to cope with large data files, reporting and programming languages Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Reliable, proactive and well-structured working approach, even when working under pressure
