Job Title:
We are looking for a Sr Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their maintenance skills to the next level and make a real impact in ensuring the reliability of equipment.
About the Role:
The Sr Equipment Maintenance Professional will be responsible for adopting the latest technologies and identifying new ways of working to maintain high standards. You will work closely with your team to ensure everyone follows correct processes, monitor equipment performance, and schedule additional servicing when required.
Responsibilities:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure everyone follows correct processes.
- Keep track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks and schedule additional servicing when required.
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
- Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible.
- Support in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the network.
- A Day in the Life:
- You'll lead a team to ensure everyone has the equipment they need and that it's running properly.
- Monitor processes so that regulations and policies are followed and ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out to increase equipment uptime.
- Suggest improvements to make systems more efficient and productive and then implement those improvements.
- Work closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
