Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to assume key responsibilities within our Maintenance Engineering team. As a pivotal member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Display exemplary practice in the safe operation of equipment and monitor teams to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Monitor equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks, scheduling additional servicing when necessary.
  • Supervise technicians on shift to facilitate their development and serve as the primary point of contact for Maintenance Engineers.
  • Solve issues with equipment to minimize downtime for operations, enabling efficient processing of packages.
  • Collaborate in identifying opportunities to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the network.
A Typical Workday:

In every shift, you'll lead a team to guarantee that everyone has access to functioning equipment and that it's running properly. This involves overseeing processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, as well as implementing preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.

You'll suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive and then implement those improvements throughout the BR function.

This role is located at one of our operational sites and requires flexible shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.

As you develop your experience within this exciting field, you'll be well-positioned to progress into more senior roles.
