A Regional Marketing Strategist
About the Role:
This key position oversees the harmonization of marketing processes and procedures across a region. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing marketing plans, including brand guidelines, digital/social media content strategies, content support for pipeline nurturing, offline opportunities, and delivery of high-quality communications aligned with regional objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branding and content planning across offline and online channels for ISP schools in the region.
- Drive regional marketing initiatives to achieve student recruitment and retention targets.
- Provide customer service-focused experience for all stakeholders, driving regional ISP schools to become the first choice in their local markets and reinforcing the Group's reputation as a leader in 'Amazing Learning'.
Key Performance Areas:
- Work closely with the Regional Admissions and Retentions Lead to provide professional support across all schools aligned with annual targets and budgets.
- Conceptualize and implement strategic campaigns to support recruitment building up to the peak intake.
- Maintain and monitor school websites, providing quarterly website health check reports.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent leadership abilities, are essential for success in this role.
