Key Role: Site Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive site plans for finishing works, ensuring accurate resource allocation and timely project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and open communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and control costs, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Construction or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects.
  • Sound knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and quality control procedures.
