**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled Security Manager Associate to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for handling and mentoring high-performing security professionals located in Brazil and LATAM regions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal partners such as Real Estate & Workplace Services, Health & Safety, Resilience, Executive leadership, functional business areas, and regional/site leadership.
  • Encouraging and maintaining effective liaison with relevant external entities, such as government and law enforcement agencies, industry bodies, regulatory agencies, and private sector counterparts.
  • Driving operations consistent with global security standards and direct enforcement of those standards when necessary.
  • Effective and consistent coordination of efforts vital for implementing both long and short-term security operations objectives.
  • Leading in-region investigations and physical security incident response, including serving as the regional leader of the Violence Prevention Program.
  • Working in close coordination with the Risk Intelligence Team to ensure the proactive protection of our facilities.
  • Planning, directing, and completing event security for small to medium-sized in-region / on-campus events and supporting large public-facing events in-region when necessary.
  • Handling the regional security budget and associated contracts, resources, and vendors includes scheduling quarterly business reviews, assembling metrics, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Providing thoughtful, data-driven leadership to ensure focus on priorities and are forward-looking with approach and practices.

**Requirements**

  • Recent hands-on experience throughout LATAM is mandatory.
  • Overall experience of 5+ years in security or closely related services in public or private sector.
  • Validated experience leading a successful team with an operations, training, and budgeting attitude.
  • Outstanding presentation, writing, research, and analysis skills.
  • Familiarity or willingness to become familiar with multiple aspects of a Corporate Security program beyond Operations include Risk Intelligence and Threat Monitoring, Event Security, Investigations, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Security Systems Technology, Project Management, and Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
