We're seeking a senior marketing leader to play a key role in realizing our vision in the Brazilian market and positioning us as a leading brand for small business owners.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of all branding, creatives, social media, content, public relations, and internal communications initiatives across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage marketing strategies around key objectives
  • Own all brand, messaging, and positioning initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and roadmap by working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Prioritize and react to urgent communication needs and crisis management
  • Coordinate internal communications for the entire organization in Brazil
  • Guide and coach a team of marketing and communications professionals

  • You have experience working in fast-paced environments
  • You possess people leadership skills, including crafting passionate and high-performing teams
  • You have experience in all marketing dimensions, especially branding, online & offline marketing, external communications, and PR
  • You have a good understanding of multi-product business strategies
  • You have a strong creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for hands-on ideation, words, and design
  • You have excellent presentation and English communication skills
