About the Opportunity

We are building a pioneering marketing organization in Brazil. With support from a leading global technology platform, we seek an exceptional marketing leader to shape our brand strategy.

As Director of Brand and Marketing, you will lead all branding, creative, and integrated marketing efforts. This role offers direct access to the CEO and global leadership team, empowering you to define our brand voice, grow awareness, drive adoption, and build trust with users and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy for Brazil.
  • Define our brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines.
  • Lead and grow a team across brand, campaigns, CRM, social media.
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns combining ATL, BTL, digital, social, and in-app media.
  • Localize global strategies while deeply embedding cultural relevance and user insight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, PR/Comms, and other teams.
  • Manage the marketing budget, agency partnerships, and creative approvals.
  • Measure brand performance, awareness, user engagement, and retention.

About Your Experience:

  • A seasoned brand and marketing leader (10–15+ years) with experience launching or scaling consumer platforms or marketplaces in Brazil.
  • Proven track record leading brand teams, agencies, and integrated campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer and media landscape.
  • Experience working in startups, tech, or O2O platforms is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communicator in Portuguese and English.
