Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Direction: Develop a clear vision for Operation Smile's growth in Brazil, aligned with the organization's global goals.
  • Program Management: Oversee surgical and health programs, ensuring timely execution within established budgets.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Regional Finance Director to manage operational and programmatic budget.
  • Governance and Board Support: Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on financial, programmatic, and operational progress.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, motivate, and manage a skilled team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Public Health, Health Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in management positions, preferably in international non-profit organizations.
