Market Intelligence and Pricing Specialist

As a key member of our Market Intelligence and Pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting market analysis and strategic pricing initiatives in Latin America. Your primary focus will be on gathering and analyzing data to enhance market and competitive intelligence, identifying opportunities to increase business performance, and developing pricing methodologies to drive competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze market data, trends, and internal data necessary to build reports and generate insights on market penetration and competition.
- Monitor market players, trends, and pricing points to collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Present consolidated market visions to company leadership and identify opportunities for price optimization and margin improvement.
- Develop pricing strategies, support discussions, and define pricing methodologies.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Market Intelligence and Pricing.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytical tools, and report building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in groups and indirectly coordinate people at various levels.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desired.
