Leadership Coach, Growth & Development Expert

The Leadership Coach role provides exceptional facilitation and coaching to leaders across the organization. Responsibilities include facilitating remote and in-person learning experiences to support leader development, partnering with stakeholders to execute holistic solutions, and preparing and providing feedback to business presenters.

This position is located in São Paulo - SP Brazil and requires up to 75% travel time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led trainings (in-person and remote) programs focusing on high-quality learner-focused content and engaging learning techniques.
  • Upskill, train, coach, and provide feedback to business presenters to ensure they can deliver high-quality training.
  • Partner with key customers and stakeholders to assess, understand, and provide support towards various leadership development training programs.
  • Identify, scope, and deliver individual and team-based projects to meet the changing needs of the business and customers.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and results of training to assess competency gained and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop products and solutions through independent and collaborative projects to address the dynamic needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in classroom (in-person and/or remote) facilitation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to formulate and implement training strategies and methodologies for standardization and delivery throughout a large organization.
  • English and Spanish proficiency, both written and oral.
