Senior 3D Model Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead 3D Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our modelling department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D models that meet the required standards.
Job Description:
- You will work closely with our Art Leads to develop clear creative direction for 3D models.
- You will ensure that all 3D models are created to the highest standard, meeting both technical and artistic requirements.
- You will provide detailed documentation and video reference to support the creation of 3D models.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms.
- Experienced in game art asset creation in a variety of software packages including Maya, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance, etc.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
