Senior Software Development Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager to lead our team of skilled engineers. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing system software across various CPU architectures.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, leadership experience managing software developers, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.

This challenging role demands a high degree of technical and management skill. As a senior manager, you will lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and drive the development of innovative technologies.

  • Develop and execute plans to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Manage expectations with engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in leadership discussions and collaborate with other leaders.
  • Lead a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with biannual travel for company events. You will also influence organizational culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work on strategy and execution with your team.
